Freshly decorated bright airy twin room.  Needless to say, made with our pure cotton bed linen and generous pillows.  Large fitted wardrobes have room for all your things.

The lounge/dining room has 40 inch hd flatscreen tv with satellite receiver that receives main UK channels, and dvd player.

A separate dining area has a large dining table and chairs. There is a selection of indoor board games, an assortment of books and music cds in various genres and a few cookbooks.

Kitchen & Dining

Cooker, sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, table and chairs. A full range of dishes, glasses, cups, cookware and utensils are provided.

Bathrooms

Family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet. Separate toilet.

Heating

The villa has electric convector heaters, though these are only required during the winter months.

Entertainment

Garden and outside

Patio and terrace for sunbathing. Sun loungers, outside dining tables and chairs with parasols are included.

Private swimming pool 8m x 4m x 1.4m deep.
Good sized private garden with fruit trees. Table tennis table and badminton set, balls/shuttlecocks and bats/racquets provided. Bbq.

Parking and garages

Parking is available on an enclosed drive, or outside the property. Garage is used for storage purposes only.

Visitor suitability

The villa is all on one level and, other than the front door threshold, has step free access to all rooms (except the garage which is used for storage purposes only)

Information about any additional facilities

Price includes all utilities, bed linen, hand and bath towels, and cleaning/linen change at the end. Pool is unavailable between October and April and electricity for stays in that period is charged extra at cost.
