Directions to Villa Nizas from Beziers Airport:

BY CAR (32 min)

  1. Take D37e and continue for 1.1 km
  2. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto D612 and continue for 5.4km
  3. Merge right onto N1112 and continue for 1km
  4. Take N1112 for 350m
  5. Merge right onto the road and continue for 350m
    Take A75 signposted A9 Clermont-Ferrand Pézenas
  6. Take a slight right onto the road and continue for 950m
    A75 A9 Clermont-Ferrand Montpellier Sète Pézenas
  7. Merge left onto A75 and continue for 22km
  8. Exit and take D613. Continue for 400m Mèze Sète Montagnac Pézenas-Nord
  9. Take a slight right onto D613 and continue for 130m Béziers Lézignan-la-Cèbe Clermont-l’Hérault Pézenas
  10. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards Pezenas D39
  11. A short distance after the Esso garage but before the bridge over L’herault river turn right onto the D30 E5 towards Nizas
  12. Continue 6.5Km to Nizas

Directions to Villa Nizas from Montpellier Airport:
Take the D66 to the A9 Direction Beziers/Barcelona
Take exit 34 Agde/Pezenas, follow signs to Pezenas
Join A75, by going up the flyover, therefore avoiding central Pezenas.
Exit junction 59 (not 59.1)
Take 3rd exit (direction Pezenas)
Next roundabout – 2nd exit
Follow the road into Pezenas for a few minutes
Turn right immediately before little bridge (direction Nizas)
At the entrance of the village, turn left onto chemin des Chataigniers


Directions to Villa Nizas from Carcassonne Airport

Take A 61 to A9
Drive on A9 Until a75 turnoff signposted ADGE pezenas
Join A75, by going up the flyover, therefore avoiding central Pezenas.
Exit junction 59 (not 59.1)
Take 3rd exit (direction Pezenas)
Next roundabout – 2nd exit
Follow the road into Pezenas for a few minutes
Turn right immediately before little bridge (direction Nizas)
At the entrance of the village, turn left onto chemin des Chataigniers
