“My wife and I have spent 2 or 3 weeks every spring in Villa Nizas since 2016.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

The location is very quiet on the edge of the village, which has a shop, cafe and post office. Pezenas is 10 minutes drive away, a beautiful medieval town with shops and restaurants, and a superb market every Saturday. The Mediterranean coast is about 35 minutes away, Sete, Agde & Marseillan all worth a visit. The famous canal du midi is also close by.<\/span><\/div>\n

The villa itself is very spacious and has been redecorated and newly furnished under Brigitte and Simons stewardship.<\/span><\/div>\n

The pool is lovely and is fenced off for security for children.<\/span><\/div>\n

Brigitte and Simon, who live in the area, are always helpful any problems being dealt with very quickly.<\/span><\/div>\n

An 11 night stay at Villa Nizas was a formidable and memorable holiday! Brigitte, was immensely helpful and supportive from the moment I made contact with her. An ideal host who is not only professional but friendly and personable.\u00a0<\/span>
The location is just amazing in the small beautiful, picturesque village of Nizas. If you want peace and serenity whilst just a mere 4 mile drive to the nearest town of Pezenas, which has everything you would need from a good sized Lidl to a huge Carrefour, then Villa Nizas is the one for you!<\/span>
The Villa itself is a 2 bed with ample space inside and out! The swimming pool is just the right size and depth, especially for children. The security gates around it give the parents extra peace of mind and the sounds of various birds and crickets is blissful !<\/span><\/p>\n

We Visited in June 2022 with our Border Terrier. There was only the two of us and the dog but the villa is plenty big enough for four, and room for friends to come for dinner round the big dining table! The grounds are secure for a small dog, I didn’t have to watch where she was, apart from when she was walking round the wall of the pool!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The village shop is a short walk and my husband went every day to get a baguette, it is open every day. We had fish and chips twice on Sundays, an untraditional take, but a break from cooking.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

The facilities at the villa are very good, you don’t have to take your favourite sharp knife for cooking, the knives are all sharp! There is everything you need to knock up all but the most complicated things in the kitchen, but who wants to do that on holiday? Plus a huge fridge\/freezer!<\/p>\n

All the wifi and tv\/dvd equipment worked easily, very reliable wifi which is not always the case in the small villages. The bedrooms are airy and quiet, the wardrobe space is enviable!<\/p>\n

The outside equipment is again of a high quality, there is shade from trees and a large parasol, the pool is all one depth and easy to get into via the built in steps. It is kept sparkling by Simon on a weekly basis.<\/p>\n

To sum up, we are planning another trip to Villa Nizas, the perfect place to unwind!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We have recently returned from Villa Nizas and had the most wonderful time. <\/span><\/div>\n
The villa far exceeded our expectations – the living area and bedrooms are more spacious than the photos show. It has a really homely feel and has everything that you need. <\/span><\/div>\n
The private pool was a big draw for us as a family and it was so welcoming and helped to cool us down as it was around 30 degrees for the week of our stay. The extras tucked away in the garage were brilliant and with every visitor being different you will find what you need (bikes, inflatables, sunbed cushions to list a few). <\/span><\/div>\n
We loved the peaceful location, watching for the lizards and bats of an evening. We have never had such clear skies free of light pollution and we enjoyed stargazing until late at night. The Wi-Fi was reliable (which isn’t always the case in holiday accommodation). <\/span><\/div>\n
Our stay was delayed a couple of times because of Covid but it was well worth the wait. We really thought we would venture further afield during our stay but we didn’t feel the need to and could have happily stayed in the villa for the whole week (we did visit Sete & Beziers). We drove to Roujan when we needed supplies which was about a 10 minute drive but there are options in Pezenas too (also about 10mins). <\/span><\/div>\n
From the initial booking right up the stay Brigitte was brilliant and an excellent host. We really hope to return again one day but if we don’t we have memories to treasure. If you want to get away from it all get in touch with Brigitte – you won’t regret it!<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We had a fabulous holiday in Villa Nizas. Simon & Brigitte are the perfect hosts so helpful and friendly. Spacious villa – so comfortable. Pool was lovely. The village of Nizas was just as if time had stood still so peaceful and picturesque. A visit to nearby Pezenas and its old town is a must. Ideal base to visit so many places.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
