We are easily accessible from a number of local and regional airports by car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4, Chemin des Ch\u00e2taigniers,  34320, Nizas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to find us&#8230;    AIRPORTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bezier approx. 25 mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Montpellier      45 mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carcassonne      1 hour and 15 mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nimes              1 hour and 15 mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions to Villa Nizas from Beziers Airport:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BY CAR (32 min)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Take D37e and continue for 1.1 km<\/li><li>At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto D612 and continue for 5.4km<\/li><li>Merge right onto N1112 and continue for 1km<\/li><li>Take N1112 for 350m<\/li><li>Merge right onto the road and continue for 350m<br>\nTake A75 signposted A9 Clermont-Ferrand P\u00e9zenas<\/li><li>Take a slight right onto the road and continue for 950m<br>\nA75 A9 Clermont-Ferrand Montpellier S\u00e8te P\u00e9zenas<\/li><li>Merge left onto A75 and continue for 22km<\/li><li>Exit and take D613. Continue for 400m M\u00e8ze S\u00e8te Montagnac P\u00e9zenas-Nord<\/li><li>Take a slight right onto D613 and continue for 130m B\u00e9ziers L\u00e9zignan-la-C\u00e8be Clermont-l&#8217;H\u00e9rault P\u00e9zenas<\/li><li>At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards Pezenas D39<\/li><li>A short distance after the Esso garage but before the bridge over L&#8217;herault river turn right onto the D30 E5 towards Nizas<\/li><li>Continue 6.5Km to Nizas<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions to Villa Nizas from Montpellier Airport:<\/strong><br> Take the D66 to the A9 Direction Beziers\/Barcelona<br> Take exit 34 Agde\/Pezenas, follow signs to Pezenas<br>Join A75, by going up the flyover, therefore avoiding central Pezenas.<br>Exit junction 59 (not 59.1)<br>Take 3rd exit (direction Pezenas)<br>Next roundabout &#8211; 2nd exit<br>Follow the road into Pezenas for a few minutes<br>Turn right immediately before little bridge (direction Nizas)<br>At the entrance of the village, turn left onto chemin des Chataigniers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions to Villa Nizas from Carcassonne Airport<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take A 61 to A9<br>Drive on A9 Until a75 turnoff signposted ADGE pezenas<br>Join A75, by going up the flyover, therefore avoiding central Pezenas.<br>Exit junction 59 (not 59.1)<br>Take 3rd exit (direction Pezenas)<br>Next roundabout &#8211; 2nd exit<br>Follow the road into Pezenas for a few minutes<br>Turn right immediately before little bridge (direction Nizas)<br>At the entrance of the village, turn left onto chemin des Chataigniers <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Villa Nizas is situated in the beautiful winemaking village of Nizas.
