Only a 5 minute drive from Nizas. P\u00e9zenas is the beautiful, historic town of Moli\u00e8re. Visit the old town with cobbled streets and craft shops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are many sandy beaches to choose from. Portiraignes is one of our favourites, and only a 25 minutes drive from Villa Nizas. M\u00e8ze and Marseillan Plage are also well worth a visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This single storey holiday villa has a large sunny terrace for dining or sunbathing. Behind is an enclosed garden with badminton and table tennis set, barbecue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a safe secluded swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 x 1.4m. There is also off road private parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Villa Nizas is perfectly situated close to a number of outdoor activity centres, you will find nearby canoeing, paragliding, rock climbing, golf, tennis and hiking. There are caves, grottos, and rock formations within a 30 minute drive from Villa Nizas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
